You have 28 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must first contact me using the contact box to request a return within 14 days of receipt of item.
- Your item must be unused and in its same condition as received.
- Your item must be in its original packaging.
When returning your item it is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item.
- You should consider using a trackable posting service and ensure insurance covers the full cost of the item.
- I recommend that your posting insurance covers any loss or damage during transit as I cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.
All postage costs are non refundable
Refunds
Once your item has been recieved it will be inspected.
You will be notified of it's receipt and your refund status.
If your return is approved a refund will be made to your original payment method.
